If an item needs to be returned, please do so within seven days of your receipt (unless otherwise agreed) and in an unused condition by 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
Faulty items will be replaced (if stock allows) or an alternative/refund offered.
If an item has been made to your specifications/drawings then NO returns will be accepted.
Please note, you will incur a £2.99 re stocking fee, applicable in all cases.

Orders up to the value of £60.00 - £3.99 p&p

ORDERS PLACED BY CHEQUE WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL THE CHEQUE HAS BEEN CLEARED THROUGH OUR BANK ACCOUNT - PLEASE ALLOW 10 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY OF ANY ORDER PLACED BY CHEQUE.
